Chakras alignment
Everything holds a vibration. A vibration is the energetic frequency associated with people, animals, place or thing. All creation, including our individual lives, is manifested through the intention of our thoughts, actions, words and deeds. Our intentions vibrate out into the world and return to us in the form of our personal perception/reality. The capacity to discriminate between truth and illusion is becoming the social stake of our era. How to manage the confusion created by an overdose of artificial frequencies?? One answer is with the help of natural solutions that our body, mind and Soul can recognize easily. In the subtle body, the chakras are energetic centers. They store large amount of pranic energy vibrating at their own unique frequency. Aligning their frequencies can optimize one’s level of awareness, perception, stability and well-being.
Muladhara: is the root chakra located near the tailbone associated with the sense of smell. It is responsible for our basic needs. It is the storage of our vital energy for providing food, shelter and water for ourselves. Money is strongly associated with this center.
Svashtistana: is the navel chakra located just above the pubic bone related to reproduction and creativity. It is associated to the sense of taste. Emotional memories are often stored there. This chakra allows us to create and take action in our lives.
Manipura: is the solar plexus chakra located in the region of the solar plexus. It contains the qualities of the fire element and is related to the liver, spleen, pancreas, small intestine, blood for digestion and eyes with the sense of vision. This is the place of joy, personal power, self-confidence, mental clarity. Verbal abuses are often stored there.
Anahata: is the heart center located in the chest and contains the quality of air element. Physically this chakra affects the function of the cardiac plexus of nerves and circulation. It is associated with the skin and related to the sense of touch. It is the bridge between the three lower chakras of the physical mundane world and the spiritual world of the upper chakras. It is where we integrate our spiritual being having a physical experience.
Vishuddha: is the throat chakra. It contains the quality of ether element and is associated with the sense of hearing. It provides the ability to communicate and express ourselves not just verbally but in writing, singing, cooking or expressing who or what we are. Imbalances can affect the voice, the thyroid and the breath.
Ajna: (third eye) is located between the eyebrows. The physical openings are the eyes. It is our ability to see the unseen, know the unknown and hear what is not being said. It is a place of intuition, knowing and dreaming.
Sahasra: is located at the crown of the head. Physically it affects the higher functions of the brain, the pineal gland and the higher cortical functions of the brain. It controls the biorhythms in the body and conscious awareness. Psychologically, it affects self-awareness, self-observation of thought, feeling and action. Spiritually it leads to expand a person’s awareness in connection to all of creation.
